AI Sharp Solutions (aisharp) is a Brisbane business run by David Richardson. This page explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect and how we use it. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
- Details you give us through our website forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and message.
- Details you give us when you call, email or message us, including calls answered by our AI receptionist.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit our website, such as pages viewed.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, send you what you asked for (for example a free guide or audit), and provide our services.
- To follow up about your enquiry.
- To send you occasional tips or updates, only if you have ticked the box to agree. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run our website, email, phone line, AI receptionist and records (for example our web host, Google and our phone and messaging providers). Some of these providers may store information outside Australia. We only share what they need to provide their service to us.
How we look after it
We keep your information in password-protected accounts and only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Your choices
- You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you.
- You can unsubscribe from tips and updates at any time, or ask us to delete your details.
